IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to several issues in the past several months, we have begun to take back all duplication and fulfillment back from the 3rd party fulfillment provider Witter we hired last year. We will be transitioning back to full time towards the end of the current contract with them around the end of 2025. There might be some delays in our customer service responses as we work out this move, but assure that things will return to normal wait times LATEST December 2025. Apologies for the litany of issues over the past couple of months and are working to remedy them, taking back all services to in-house, where we can be responsible for all aspects of the business. RETURN OF THE PUMPKIN RABBIT - All pre-orders up to November are now shipping!  Pre-orders after November will be shipping Jan/Feb 2026 as we get back on track from the recent firing of the fulfillment provider noted above. If you have not received a tracking number from an order before November,  please contact us at HELPMERETRORELEASEVIDEO@GMAIL.COM as we can find out what the issue is and resolve it.

ANGEL HARE & MIDWEST ANGELICA S1 - Tapes have arrived and are currently shipping pre-orders up to November 1st, with the remaining shipping throughout Dec 2025/Jan 2026.

MAND3LA CATALOGU3 VOL 333 - Still awaiting stock from our new duplication provider, estimated to ship Jan 2026, latest Feb 2026.

TMC Vol 1, DREAMS OF AN INSOMNIAC, VITA CARNIS - Orders up to November are currently shipping! All orders past November will be shipping Jan/Feb 2026.​​​​

TMC Vol 2 DVD - Pre-orders still currently open. Projected to begin shipping March/April 2026.  Printing a DVD is unprecedented for us and these are uncharted waters. We are working with our current VHS duplicator on this and are going by the timeline they've illustrated for us. Timeline is scheduled to change as we work out the details for our first ever DVD
