All is not well in the City of Angels. Bodies are being chopped up left and right (for a low, cash-up-front rate), and it’s up to Private Dick Jack Chandler (Jay Richardson, Munchies Strike Back, Fugitive Rage) to get to the bottom of it. Jack is hired to find the missing Samantha (Linnea Quigley, Return of the Living Dead, Night of the Demons) who has been caught up with a chainsaw cult run by a mysterious figure in black (Gunnar Hansen, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, Campfire Tales, Mosquito).
