IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to several issues in the past several months, we have begun to take back all duplication and fulfillment back from the 3rd party fulfillment provider we hired last year. We will be transitioning back to full time towards the end of the current contract with them around the end of September 2025. There might be some delays in our customer service responses as we work out this move, but assure that things will return to normal wait times October 2025. Apologies for the litany of issues over the past couple of months and are working to remedy them, taking back all services to in-house, where we can be responsible for all aspects of the business. Thank you for your patience!

RETURN OF THE PUMPKIN RABBIT - Currently shipping up to MAY 1st! The fulfillment provider has a large percentage of orders out or have printed labels for packing. We have decided that we are unhappy with the services provided with the 3rd party fulfillment and have begun to take back shipping and duplication (full note above). All orders after June 1st will be separated into a SECOND WAVE of pre-orders as that is where the original cut off with the provider was and will be shipped 2-3 months after this date. We are a small business and the date for the second wave is pending, but we have already begun to duplicate these units and are looking to be right on schedule with the 2-3 month wait time.​
