IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to several issues in the past several months, we have begun to take back all duplication and fulfillment back from the 3rd party fulfillment provider Witter we hired last year. We will be transitioning back to full time towards the end of the current contract with them around the end of 2025. There might be some delays in our customer service responses as we work out this move, but assure that things will return to normal wait times LATEST December 2025. Apologies for the litany of issues over the past couple of months and are working to remedy them, taking back all services to in-house, where we can be responsible for all aspects of the business. ALL TITLES (EXCEPT TMC VOL 2 DVD) ARE NOW SHIPPING! For the first time since the fulfillment disaster, we are 99% caught up. All items but the DVD are no longer in a pre-order phase. With that being said, we are almost sold out of PUMPKIN RABBIT units, and will be starting a new phase of Pumpkin Rabbit for those who have no ordered yet, starting FEB 1st 2026, with those orders following shipping towards June/July as we restock.​​​​

TMC Vol 2 DVD - Pre-orders still currently open. Projected to begin shipping March/April 2026.  Printing a DVD is unprecedented for us and these are uncharted waters. We are working with our current VHS duplicator on this and are going by the timeline they've illustrated for us. Timeline is scheduled to change as we work out the details for our first ever DVD.
